本公司的电动bsp波纹管泵采用纵向泵结构，在电动bsp波纹管泵中实现了世界极小的安装空间。最大限度地利用空间的优点是将设置泵的场所最小化，便于放置多台泵。

容易抽走空气的泵构造
innovative pump structure easy-to-air-bleed
由于将涂料入口设置在涂料出口的下侧的泵构造，使空气不易在泵内部的涂料路径中积聚。因此，泵内部和涂料管路内的抽气容易完成。
to make the most of the nature air goes up, we designed paint inlet to be located under paint outlet. this simple but innovative change makes air-bleed easy and fast. it usually takes few hours to release the air from paint path inside pump and pipes, however, you will only need several minutes with this new pump.

使用的时候，专用的控制盘是另外必要的。可以进行压力控制/频率固定控制，手动/自动控制等各种控制管理。
designated control panel is needed when operating this pump. the panel enables to control condition, forexample, pressure, frequency, and you can choose manual control or automatic control.

３组合式的高维护性
easy maintenance with 3 modularized units
①采用了防爆马达、②泵、③框架(固定用)3个组合构成。因为是组合式，在维护的时候可以只取下必要的零件。因此，作为备用机不需要准备整套组合，只需要准备定期维护的水泵就可以放心使用。另外，除了固定用的框架以外的2个单元都附有脚轮，所以可以轻松快速地移动。
bsp e type is composed of 3 modularized units; 1) explosion-proof motor, 2) pump, 3) frame (to fix).
for maintenance, you only need to take away the unit you want instead of disassembling the whole pump. for a backup, you do not need the all units, just have the pump unit which is the only unit that requires periodic maintenance. the two units (except the fixing frame) have wheels and you do not need a crane operation to move them.

低脉动・定量吐出
low pulsation and stable paint output
与泵的吐出/吸入有关的活塞动作，采用了相位偏移180度的2个等速凸轮。通过两个等速凸轮的运动，使吐出量保持一定的同时，在吐出口始终保持吐出状态，因此很难产生脉动。通过本公司空气驱动密封泵的对比，得到了脉动控制在1/3以下的结果。
bsp e type is designed to minimize pulsations with two cams that rotate at the constant velocity. two pistons take turns of discharge and suction to provide stable paint output with low pulsation.
the pulsation is less than 1/3 of that of air drive bellows seal pumps.

极限抑制颜色变化
minimum paint damage
bsp密封泵是在滑动部采用bsp密封结构的活塞泵，在维持高压力倍率和大吐出性能的同时，将对涂料的损害降到最低。因此，与同尺寸的空气驱动泵相比实现了约7倍的涂料寿命*。(※图表色差1.5时)
bellows seal pump is a piston pump with bellows which cover the rod so the paint will not touch the sliding surface. bellows seal pump will minimize the damage to the paint while maintaining a high flow and high pressure. you can prevent paints from deterioration and changing its color tones. our test results show the paint life gets about 7 times longer than that of air drive plunger pumps when the color difference width is 1.5.

带有自动供油功能的驱动组合式
drive unit with automatic oil-feed system
由于附带了油泵，自动向需要定期供油的凸轮轴、线性导轨供油。驱动组合泵只需要定期检查和更换机油，不需要麻烦的日常维护。油的检查，可以从油量表检查油量和状态。
there is no need of daily maintenance for the drive unit. built-in oil pump will automatically feed cam-follower and linear-guide which requires regular grease job. please check the oil-level and its condition from the sight glass periodically, and change the oil as needed.

因为动力部是电机，和同等尺寸的空气驱动泵比较，能源效率好，年度成本和co2排放量都能减少约90%。另外，通过电动化(进站控制)更容易省电运转，降低成本。※节能运转是指在非运转时(包括休息日)只进行循环的状态。
with an energy efficient electric motor, you can save electricity cost and reduce co2 emissions by about 90% when compared to the same size air drive pumps. also electric (invertor control) bellows seal pumps make energy saving drive* easier.
